Everfitte will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in the contiguous United States for an exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Everfitte does not offer refunds. Items need to be returned in the same manner in which they were received. We will not accept items that have been exposed to smoke, or pets. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
Prepaid UPS Return e-Label: We can send you a prepaid UPS return label to your e-mail inbox to return your items. The cost of the prepaid label is $7.95 if you're returning 1-2 items, $9.95 for 3-4 items, and $12.95 for 5 or more items. You also have the option of sending your items back on your own, we do recommend that you insure the package and hold onto your tracking number.
